John is factory trained and certified for POP, Marson, Sioux, Hutchins, Nitto-Kohki, Viking, Chicago Pneumatic, Ingersoll-Rand, Dynabrade, National Detroit, Florida Pneumatic, TC Service, Patco, and Hitachi.  Other certifications include pulse tool, hydraulic, pumps, air movers, and motor repair.

Jim has been with Charles Day since 1981 and has been with the tool industry since 1978. Jim specializes in Milwaukee repair and technical support. Jim is factory trained for Milwaukee, Fein, Jet, and Bosch. Jim also specializes in Fein multi-master, hepa vacuum, and high frequency grinding systems.
